Swedish avant-prog outfit active from the mid-80's and through the 90's. Their music sounds like a combination between Zut Un Feu Rouge, Förträngt hushållsarbete and spacy psychedelic Älgarnas Trädgård, only with English lyrics instead of Swedish. Very challenging music, but also very rewarding after some required time listening to them. "With their subtly nuanced modulations of unresolved tension and atmosphere of sooty desolation, Sweden's Ur Kaos are one of the precious few bands vibrating at an emotional frequency in tune with the resigned doom of This Heat's Deceit.
