There is no feeling like the innocent elation of children, jumping into a world created by a joint, unlimited imagination. Cristiano Nicolini (ITALY) and Fannar Ásgrímsson (ICELAND) are Plastik Joy. The two met while studying audio engineering in Barcelona (2005). Cristiano comes from a homegrown, dorky electronic background, while Fannar grew from more folk-rock roots. Their shared love of music-making toys, and tendency to go on sound tangents- with little regard towards genre or over complexity- brought them together like two kids, racing the clock at recess.
