Jessica Cornish (b, 27 Mar '88, in Essex, UK - best known as Jessie J), is a singer-songwriter, first known as a writer / backing-vocalist for others (e.g. Christina Aguilera & Miley Cyrus), she began recording solo in 2010. Her début album, "Who You Are" (expected UK: 28 Feb '11 & USA: 12 Apr '11), has spawned two charting singles: Do It Like a Dude (UK lead) & "Price Tag" (USA lead). In December 2010, Jessie won the Brit Awards' Critics Choice prize as the artist most likely to break into mainstream music within the next year.
