See Spot Run was formed in Montreal Quebec by Chris Brodbeck and Randy Bowen. Chris and Randy grew up in the same area of Montreal and began their career together as a cover band in the early nineties playing songs by The Police, Prince, The Clash and U2 The band was born out of a merging of 2 local rock bands. The band name was taken from the first grade text. It was their manager who eventually suggested the name and it was the only one they could all agree on.
