Casey Bill Weldon
Casey Bill Weldon (1909–c.1960s) was a U.S. blues musician who lived and worked in Chicago, best known for his slide-guitar skill. He played upbeat tunes, usually in a band. He is also known as a member of the Memphis Jug Band. Weldon was born on 10th July 1909. In 1927 he made a recording for Victor with Charles Polk and other members of what would become (with personnel changes) the Memphis Jug Band.
