Lost Signal is Charles Rehill, an electronic recording artist based in Philadelphia, PA. Lost Signal's first album release "Catharsis" was released in 2001 on Inception Records (now out of print). There then followed a five-year hiatus before returning in 2006 with the second album "Evicerate", which was released on 23db Records, the record label of Tom Shear (Assemblage 23). Recently, Charles announced an online release of "Catharsis" dubbed "Catharsis: Redux" which features the original tracks from the 2001 re-recorded, remixed and remastered by Tom Shear.
